It's typed in that it's undetermined if he plans to say in the US permanently, but it's crossed out and above that is written do, perhaps short for ditto of the above written "perm" for permanent. He says he plans to become a citizen on the US. His health is good, is 5"5', and was born in San Marco dei Cavoti, Italy.
